BioThane 520 Beta Black Standard coated webbing is .100" thick with a break strength of 1,000 lbs. per inch of width. The Beta coating is made to look and feel similar to leather. Available lengths are 25' & 100'. Available widths are 3/8" 1/2" 5/8" 3/4" 1" and 1-1/4" BioThane is America's best choice for the production of strap goods. BioThane coated webbing is practical for many webbing needs. With a polyester core and a protective polymer coating this is the best choice for all of your strapping needs. It is being used in a variety of industries including: Medical, Sporting Goods, Safety, Military/Tactical, Equine, Canine and Juvenile. BioThane comes to us in 100’ rolls. When you buy a 100’ roll it may not be one continuous piece. BioThane guarantees a maximum of two splices (three pieces) per 100’ roll.
