This skirt is in very good condition and came from an estate full of 70s and early 80s kids and teens clothes.
You. can see in the close up of the hem that the ribbon edge is either worn or was added. You may want to remove that but then I think you may need to re do the hem.
Tagged a 10 and shown here on a small. Fits like a 00 and I was squeezed in.
