Track your activity, sleep, tone of voice & body composition! I love this tracker, just have too much wearable tech. Only used for a few months. Really love the tone feature, never used the body composition feature haha. Look on Amazon for more info. Comes with tracker, original white/silver fabric band, charger and also the extra silicone band I purchased separately. I paid 125, so why not get it way cheaper than I did and give it a shot! Lots of programs through the Halo app for sleep and fitness and meditation as well!
