Used on cricket but I believe is unlocked (not 100% sure on this, but I believe it was when I bought it)
No major issues, just upgraded to 16. Battery life is around 85%
I put a magnetic circle on back so it would work with the mag chargers and holders but you can probably peel off fairly easily if not your thing
Cracks are on screen protector on front, not actual screen. Tried to picture. No cracks on front or camera screens, Comes with a couple cases and pop socket if interested.
