Ardent is a masterclass in the "Rose-Oud" genre. Unlike harsher ouds, this is exceptionally smooth and romantic. It opens with a spicy, slightly earthy mix of saffron and Turkish rose, quickly giving way to a rich, honeyed heart of beeswax and jasmine. The dry down is a warm, addictive blend of vanilla, amber, and a very subtle, clean agarwood (oud) that provides incredible depth without being overwhelming.
