This setup will allow you to use this advertising flag kit on flat solid surfaces. It will not work on ground that is at a slant (such as hills).No tools are required to setup this kit. For permanent installs, we do recommend using a wrench to tighten the bolt of the cross-base. We recommend taking it apart so the cylinder is separated from the plates.If you are using this kit outside, we would advise additional weighted support on the cross-base in case of high winds or gusts.When taking apart the poles, do not twist or bend. Pull straight up to separate or hold horizontally and pull outwards.
