The HTV42M is a versatile belt with a width of 42 inches (1050 mm), capable of spanning up to 80 inches (2000 mm) on conveyors. It's rated CEMA class 3, with a maximum belt speed of 1000 FPM (5 MSEC), and can withstand temperatures up to 204°C (400°F) with spikes to 232°C (450°F). This belt features a mild steel powdercoat cleaner material and Tungsten Carbide V-Tips (for vulcanized belts only) blade, which is segmented with a wear length of 3/8 inches (9 mm).
