A very old Art Nouveau French antique little notebook with mirror, folds together and snaps closed...it used to have a little pencil and paper....made out of silver over brass, the silver is lost in lots of places...Flowers in repousee and the name Grotte de Mervent. (Mervent is a gorgeous natural area in the Vendee region of western France. It was a favorite spot for Father Montfort to go and pray in...there is a cave and shrine for him).
