When you think of West Coast hamburgers, you think of In-N-Out! It's so famous that people say that. They use carefully selected ingredients and cooking methods, so they don't have any stores on the East Coast. Currently, they have locations in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Utah, and it's a very delicious and popular shop.
Even New Yorkers, who are particular about food, want to go there when they visit the West Coast. The staff training is thorough and attentive.
When ordering, they ask how you want your onions cooked, and there are secret menu items, yet the prices are reasonable.
