All are sold AS IS and shouldn’t be considered 100% complete sets. More like 90%. They are buildable (I put together the mansion to see) and seem to have most pieces but are missing a few figures and smaller accessories like chairs and a piece of the roof (that may be in one of the other bags). Mansion has tiny cute kitchen accessories in the drawers. Party bus is already half assembled I will try to ship it that way. Mansion will be broken down into smaller pieces but I will try to keep it somewhat together. Each set has 1 book included but the rest of the instructions can be looked upon LEGO. Can also be mixed together to build a super creative world. Includes about 5 figures and lots of pets and animals. Will accept reasonable offers. Check my other listings to bundle and save!
