He does come with most parts. It is missing a part of the base that holds the rope up. The base pegs have snapped off inside the Figure, so he does not attach to it at all. The rest is in okay condition but might be a bit dusty, I did try to clean it. The figure is genuine, bit old. It does not have a box Offer Notice: I'm really sorry but I don't really take offers on this stuff, while I do just want it gone ASAP, I do feel like these are still worth something. So other then.
