PlayStation 3 is fully tested & working with all ports functioning. Comes with all cords, Skyrim (complete in box) & fully functional Limited Gold color PS3 controller + charging cord. The fan is somewhat loud, I wouldn't say maximum loudness, but somewhere in the middle. It's always been that way and has never given us any issues. Plays just like it should!
