I briefly tested this and it seems to work without any major issues. However, it's missing the battery and the battery cover.
Because there's no battery, the power will cut out if you move the power cable. The D-pad works fine, but there's a noticeable "squeak" sound when you press it. I haven't checked if all the software boots up. This is based on a short test.
This is considered a junk item. Please understand that there may be other issues I haven't noticed. Only purchase if you are okay with this.
