While the bear claw portion passes the non magnetic silver test, the feather and closure portions do not, and makes me think that these have been remade at some point by a new artisan to add detail and design.

The main bear claw is a blue turquoise stone and although unmarked, may be silver (I have not tested as of listing). So these are being sold as fashion quality only.
