A wonderful archive piece in great condition. Wraparound vintage Donna Karan 96% wool and 4% spandex (for elasticity) wraparound jacket. So light it feels like raw silk - it’s wonderful. Some of the photos make this look blue but it is definitely a deep and rich black. Loads of photos here as it looks quite technical to put on but, once you know what to do, it’s very simple. Thread the chord through the loop at the back (see photo), wrap around your waist, then tie with the other end. Then button the right hand panel to left (see thee buttons in photo) and finish with the hook and eye at the neck. Complete with original shoulder pads and pocket still sewn up. Great silhouette and beautifully tailored. All in very good condition except for the thread on one internal seam (see photo) is pulling apart over approx 3 inches, but someone handy with a needle and thread will be able to fix this easily with no visible sign from the outside.
