Vtg MRP Composition Hook Cloth Rubber Head Doll
Most likely 1950's or similar era, marked MRP on the back of head (Miller Rubber Products??)
Doll almost 15" high, head is rubber vinyl with molded hair & painted cheeks/lips, it is a sleeper doll
& has composition for arms & legs which are in very good condition for age-there is a very light craking/crazing-on the legs, the legs & arms are jointed with hooks made movable by hooks, the head is not rubbed off at all, the body torso is cloth & feels as if it was stuffed similar to soft hay-hand sewn between the legs, doll is clean for age, face needs a good cleaning on 1 side otherwise great, neck has a white orange coil around it?/
FYI-Note-a buyer emailed:This doll head doesn't belong on this body? The body has been made to accommodate the head, arms and legs. None of these posts belong together. Unsure of this buyer's credentials but I did want to take this into consideration & took almost $15 more off the doll-still a great deal
