Zsolnay Pecs Hungary 3317/00/31 Small Cache Pot ca 1889-1891 Rare
I have a lovely little cache pot by Zsolnay, made in Pecs, Hungary between 1889-1891. It shows crazing through-out, and the gold accenting is faded a bit, especially at the inner rim of the pot, but it has no chips or cracks. The script on the bottom was very difficult to read, but I made it out with a loupe and a flashlight to cast it into relief, though the numbers were far more clear. It measures 3" tall and about 2 7/8" across the top. Item is shipped with insurance and is packed VERY carefully.
